My character Minato Namikaze The yellow flash

My character's name is Minato Namikaze "The Yellow Flash" and he actually has a jutsu called the yellow flash which is my character holding a Yondaime Kunai and with a burst of speed he cuts the enemy with precision speed and aim.He also has two kekkai genkai's they can be used at the same time but the burns chakra quickly one is Rinnegan and tthe second one is Teagugan the spirit eye and he can also create jutsu out of battles but if he fails a burst of smoke comes out and he must try again later Rinnegan allows him to see pressure points and Teagugan allows him to look into the spirit room and bring deceased ninjas to life he also has 2 Jinchuuriki called Human Puppet which requires master sasori at his side to help him and the other one is sand control or Protean
