Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
Yet again, Shizue was tasked with a dreary mission. Sure, he didn't mind peace, as a matter of fact he enjoyed it quite a lot - but for a shinobi of his caliber, putting his skills to use for something petty like a pest problem seemed to have undermined his abilities; maybe it was just a matter of pride? After all, he was serving the good of the community. Once he thought it through he sort of went along with that train of thought... it was more favorable anyways. Thus, he walked outside of the main gate and began his survey of the surrounding area.
Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
Shizue enjoyed the green; that's what struck him as characteristic of the Land of Fire. There was a whole lot of nature; vital energy flowed through the nation and it was present everywhere you travel to within the nation. He wondered if the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju had a hand in the forests surrounding the village. He was known for having used the trees to construct the village, but could he also have brought life to a forest that stretches through miles upon miles of land? To witness such an act would have been astonishingly beautiful. Shizue took pride in having such a man serve as the Village's First.
Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
It didn't take long for a few snorts to divert his attention and take his mind out of the clouds. Shizue activated his Sharingan and detected signs of life via chakra signatures. They were faint, but he could see them clearly since the green surroundings them were consistent. He leaped to the side off of one branch and ended up on another one ways off. There they were, the first pack of boars. He wondered just how aggressive they were and it didn't take long for him to find out. Judging by their cold glare he knew that if he were to simply try and communicate with them it would result in a whole lot of pain. "You're not so scary... Though you smell awful." ..and they did! Ugh! Unpleasant. "...Look, I'd like to end this as quickly as possible, so just stand there so I can kill you as fast as possible." They couldn't understand him, but boy were they ready to jump at him...
Shizue leaped off of the tree branch and foresaw their movements easily. Though tough creatures, they were clumsy and bulky. He threw five shuriken, using his foresight to kill them before they even had a chance of retaliation. Every shuriken's edge reached the boar's jugular. Of course, he had no intention of returning those shuriken to his pouch. That was easy enough.

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
There weren't any boars to be seen within a 60ft radius, he'd have to move on and try another spot. Given every packs number, he assumed that they inhabited and dominated just about that much, so, he'd travel to the areas surrounding the Leaf Village 60ft a apart from one another. Somewhere around there. At least he had a general idea. Along the way, he noticed some smaller boar populations, but, none of which were worth hunting down; after all, he wasn't a poacher. He was doing his job. Or at least that's how he liked looking at it. Who wants to feel like a murderer of wildlife? Certainly not Shizue.
Snort! Snort! There was more of that. It looked like a couple of boars butting tusks. Things were getting a tad violent. He would've preferred allowing them to kill one another, but, why watch a slow and painful death when he can end their lives swiftly? "...I'm unimpressed." He remarked as though they could understand every word coming from his mouth. It was a high enough pitch to grab their attention. They charged at him. One swung its tusks upward, but he jumped over it and got behind it, smashing the sole of his foot against it's burly behind. It went flying a few meters forward. Two boars charged at him simultaneously, looking to crush him in between their tusks, but he backflipped and launched two kunai at them, piercing their brain stems. They died instantly. One boar charged at him, head-on, and he smacked his kunai against its tusk, resisting the force behind its charging attack. It struggled to outmatch him and he knocked it back and thrust his kunai's edge right in its temple.
Before the fourth boar could land a hit he pulled the kunai out of the boar's temple and accurately lunged it through the fourth boar's own. It fell forward and slid closer to his position. There was one boar left; the one he booted in the behind. It turned around and eyed its lifeless family members. Looking up at Shizue. "I gain no pleasure from doing this." He had to finish the job so he jumped upward and landed a firm blow on its head, crushing its skull. The second pack was no more; but he lost quite a lot of tools this time around.

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
The longer Shizue spent outside looking for packs of Boars, the worse the weather got. Already it started raining, fortunately for Shizue, it was nothing more than a light drizzle, but he doubted it would remain that way for long. If there was anything he noticed upon having activated his Sharingan's third tomoe was his improved, innate predictive ability. Of course, it was all the more intricate with the Sharingan active, but even without it he noticed some self-improvement. He heard a few snorts and approached the spot from which they came from. He landed quietly on one of the branches and noticed a mother feeding her litter of pups. There was no way he'd coldly slaughter this future generation of boars and he doubted that this one female was the culprit for the growing population. It didn't normally work that way. Instead he continued on his way and left the pups and their mother alone.

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
Harder and harder it rained and to add onto the sense of tension in the air, Shizue heard a man cry out for help. He of course, turned around and headed in the direction of the shouting. His Sharingan picked up on the man's signature as well as a few smaller signatures that surrounded him. When Shizue got closer to the man, he realized it was a guy clinging onto a tree branch, looking down at the territorial boars below. If he were to fall, he'd likely attempt to outrun them, but, it wouldn't happen and he'd end up being utterly beaten to death. No, he couldn't allow it. It was almost welcomed, since it gave him new-found resolve to get the job done. He could end this fairly quickly, albeit flashy. He dashed toward the man, wrapped him around his arms and dashed back, far enough away for the boars to lose sight of his trail. "Follow this path southeast, don't change directions and you'll end up along the walls of Konohagakure. Follow them south until you reach the main gate. Understand?" The man looked at Shizue worriedly and nodded. "Alright, get out of here." The man ran further and further away. Once he was out of sight, Shizue revered his attention to the boars, but, they had already changed position. He scanned the area with his Sharingan.

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
Eventually, Shizue spotted the boars once more. They were in an unusually complicated formation - at least for a wild animal. In order to end this quickly, Shizue landed in the center of their formation. They simultaneously charged at him with their tusks, but what they discovered in the smoke that ensued was a bruised, wooden log. Shizue had actually used a Substitution to jump into the air with all of his strength, attach an explosive tag to his kunai and throw it downward into the spot his substitution had occupied. It resulted in a loud bang and a cloud of smoke beneath his feet. The shockwave knocked him off course a bit, but he had foreseen this and just barely landed softly on the ground below. Their chakra signatures were gone, but at the cost of some smoky imprints on his uniform. That was a third pack destroyed. He had one more to find and his mission would be complete.

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
Shizue was more concerned about how the Village authorities will have responded to the explosion than the damage it dealt to the surrounding area. It was getting boring was all. He had to spice things up a bit and it wasn't as though any other form of life was within the blast radius. It still left its imprint in the forest though... Leaf ninja would surely get to investigating it sooner or later, hopefully not though, he'd rather avoid such an incident. If his brother were ever confronted with the occurrence and Shizue was to be judged, he'd surely receive the scolding of a lifetime. That was the kind of person his brother was. Perhaps that's where his occasional carelessness was rooted from. The need for attention? If there was such a need it was probably so deeply rooted that it didn't play a significant role in his day-to-day life, knowingly anyways.

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
...The last pack of boars wasn't too far off from Shizue's positions as he went further and further westward from the Village gates. Three of them had been napping and the other two were on patrol. It was almost as though they had something to protect, which made sense, being that Shizue was tasked with exterminating them. Did they somehow "sense" the deaths of their kin? In a way, the fact that they knowingly had something to protect saddened him. Perhaps they were smarter than he had initially thought? No matter, a job was a job and he couldn't have any record screw-ups in his career as an ANBU operative. At the very least, he'd give them a chance at defending themselves. It was his final act of mercy before their fight was to begin. He whistled loudly and all three of the once sleeping boars awoke. They readied themselves for what would be their final act in the world of the living. Hopefully they wouldn't haunt Shizue in death. Hopefully. Thus, their battle began...

Re: Piggies Uninvited [C-rank Mission]
Two of the boars decided on mixing their tactics. Simultaneously, one struck from below and one struck upward, preventing Shizue from being able to confront them head-on without taking some serious damage. They kept pushing him back and further back. All the while, two more boars rushed along the sides and attempted to ram him as he was being pushed back. He had anticipated this course of action and jumped up to the air where the boars would be unable to reach him... but the fifth boar thought ahead and from a tree it leaped downward with its tusk coming down on Shizue as he was going further and further into the air. Since he was unable to maneuver in mid-air the boar smashed right into his back and forced him to plummet downward onto the surface below.
It rolled off of Shizue and repositioned itself. Before he could get up four of the boars that were giving him trouble earlier surrounded him with their tusks ready to pummel him to death. "...you know, you're all really making me look like a second-rate ninja." He jested to lighten up a disheartening situation. In retaliation he swiftly performed the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger seals and exhaled a gas from his mouth. The gas reached all five of the boars and distracted them long enough for Shizue to roll backward and get back on his feet.
Before the pack of boars could react, Shizue performed the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger seals and inhaled deeply, exhaling a series of fireballs that accurately shot at each boar dealing an overwhelming amount of damage to their hide and inflaming them from the inside. They cried out as they whimpered nearer and nearer toward death until their bodies simply froze and collapsed; a hunk of burnt flesh. "Perhaps I overdid it..." That said, he turned around and began walking steadily away from the scene and back to the Hidden Leaf to reports his success... and explain the crater he left in one of the forests nearby.
