Description: The Ayatsuri clan has been a part of Sunagakure for as long as anyone can remember. The clan was not especially good at any particular activity, up until the time of Monzaemon Chikamatsu. The whole family was enamored by his workings. Over time, the clan slowly integrated the puppetry arts into their culture. Now, they stand as some of the only puppeteers in the world, though they are rather widespread, scattered among the different nations.

Description: This is a fairly widespread technique with its heart in Sunagakure. The actual skill is based around the creation of chakra strings. The threads are made from very concentrated chakra and give off a light glow when not suppressed. The strings can be completely manipulated by the user's, and can even be used to channel chakra and jutsu through. The main purpose of these threads is to manipulate puppets, generally human-shaped constructs that can be built to serve a multitude of purposes, ranging from offense to entertainment. The strings allow for the complete manipulation of the puppets, or other objects they are connected to. The strings may also connect to a willing or deceased human to allow them to channel the user's jutsu.
Perquisites: It requires more strings the less experienced you are. At the very extreme minimum, one string can be used to control 100 puppets.
Chakra Cost: -2 per post, per puppet controlled

Description: Puppeteers do not always have room on their body to carry their puppet around with them. Some puppeteers choose to seal their puppet into a scroll for fast access and an easier load to carry.

Appearance: The weapon looks like a slightly above average-sized humanoid with ball joints. The head has no features. The entire figure just looks like an over-sized art mannequin.
Chakra Flow: Yes, given there are chakra strings.
Nature: None.
Description: This puppet is very basic and is simply used in training, or before a member of the clan has made their own personal puppet, or gotten a puppet from another person. There is a simple kunai or senbon shooter - that can store 20 of either weapon - in the right hand of the puppet and in the other hand is a retractable, spring-loaded 3" blade, but besides the basic rigging, the entire puppet is just a wooden humanoid figure.

[Shizue Uchiha]

- You may want to create a basic jutsu template for a D-rank Puppet that every clansman is able to start with (since they're at somewhat of a disadvantage without one)
- Instead of Clansmen being unable to use any Taijutsu, you should instead limit their Taijutsu to a maximum of C-rank. Taijutsu refers to hand-to-hand combat/techniques that require training and they are essential to shinobi.

You may want to add a retractable blade to the Weapon, and limit the number of shuriken/senbon per thread. That way it cannot spam projectiles.

I added the limit, but I've decided against a retractable blade. This is just supposed to be a training puppet, nothing very special. It only has the launchers to practice with mechanisms. It isn't technically supposed to be used in actual combat.

Being that it's a clan for all members to join, then its most basic technique, being that puppet, should be one that can be relied upon while out on the field of duty. It doesn't have to be retractable, but, an arm-blade would be useful if the shinobi is up against a real opponent.
