It has been one-hundred years since the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War and the Five Great Nations have rebuilt themselves from the damage that had occurred during the gruesome war while the lesser nations suffered greater losses. The Five Great Nations had ended there alliance terms though some remained allies, in-particular Kumogakure and Kirigakure believe that the Five Great Nations should take control of the lesser nations especially since they are in dwindling states. Though Konohagakure believes that the approach is a bit too brash and have decided along with Sunagakure that it would be best if the lesser nations remained the same and instead help rebuild them. As for Iwagakure they have remained neutral in a decision as they believe that both sides have a viable reason behind their beliefs as the lesser nations have greatly dwindled but perhaps it is not a good idea to take the lesser villages from those that had created them. To make matters even worse the once tamed Tailed Beasts (Bijū) are now running wild again as Naruto Uzumaki and Killer Bee are no longer around to control them and they have reverted back to their primal instincts. In these coming times of need the Shinobi World once again needs heroes to help restore balance to this troubled Land.
